I'm getting a new processor and mother board, not to mention ram and graphics. I need know this this:

If my new mother board reads..

PATA 1 x ATA 100 up to 2 Devices
Additional PATA 2 x ATA 133 up to 4 Devices
Additional PATA RAID RAID 0/1/0+1 JBOD
SATA 4 x SATA 150
SATA RAID RAID 0/1/Matrix RAID

Will is support 2 IDE OME Western Digital 200gig HD's?

yes, the "additional PATA 2xPATA 133" is what you would use, there are probably two plugs of this kind and each can control two drives, though it would be better to run each drive on its own plug
