One piece of advice make sure you trust the seller of the laptop because you never know they could of put something malicous and hidden on the laptop to steel your details

On another note if you do buy one seccond hand make sure it comes with all the disks that it came with when it was new (not copies as they could be modified) and that you reimage it when you get it in case there is anything dodgey on it.
