Are the requirements for 7800GT lower than I thought?

I got some links that say the PNY and the XFX 7800GT have a requirement of 350W and 20A on the 12V

What do you guys think of this, does this seems right if both companies have the same information?

it sounds about right, the 7800's are supposed to use less power than the 6800's but its always better to have a much more powerful psu to give you some head room

Its not possible for me to get a new PSU (unique case) so I wanted to get the best I could with the current 360W 24A that I have.

its possible. have you measured the dimensions for your PSU? if you havent then i suggest you do that and find a good PSU that will fit it. or buy a new case. its not to hard to transfer.

yea i heard the 7800gt uses 200watts MAX in full load... and dual would be like 260watts (oddly enough).
just make sure you have like 450watts and up and u should be fine

Well I have measured the thing and its way too long. Here are some pics, and you can see its oriented strangely and the length of it is not standard.

I don't want to switch the case because mine came with a liquid-heatpipe hybrid cooling system which is silent, all I can ever hear is my harddrive spinning.
