Are there such things a leek-proof water cooling systems?

I want one that is gaurenteed never to spring a leek, extremely safe, etc. Is there such a thing?
 
Guaranteed? If you maintain them, there isn't a very good chance of them leaking. However, unless you are planning on buying an expensive water cooling system, most high quality air cooling systems are better than the low end water coolers.
 
the only system i've ever seen that was guaranteed against leaks was one that came preinstalled in a case made by swiftech.

It's factory installed, and uses neoprene tubing, rather than vinyl, and is guaranteed only to need fluid every 3-5 years.

But there are no kits that are GUARANTEED not to leak.
 
you can find it for $399 on froogle

it'd be worth the extra 20 bucks to get it from newegg, tho, just because they're so reliable
 
maybe you will be able to achieve something with 400$ water cooling
system. well definetely you will achieve something with phase change
cooler.
but I heard water cooling does not really help. maybe you will be able to
overclock 100-200mhz with 150$ range water system.
it's best to get good cooling case and good air cpu fan(zalman or something else).
 
there was a review of that swiftech case floating around on the web where they successfully overclocked a 6600 to 4ghz stable

water definitely has it's merits

it's major advantage is being quiet, tho, the water enables you to use larger fans/heatsinks than you can directly mount to the cpu
