Are these compatible?

I plan on buying more ram and a new graphics card. These are them below...

I was wondering if they are compatible with the motherboard/CPU i have now. I know my processor is a AMD FX(tm)-6300 Six-Core, and i know my motherboard is MSI but i dont know the exact model. I just want to double check that the ram and the graphics card are compatible with what i have now?

The video card would work but not the ram. Your cpu will only work with DDR3 ram. Knowing the exact model of motherboard would help.
