Are These Drivers Compatible?

I just downgraded my Acer Aspire 4330 to XP, and obviously, none of the drivers are installed yet.

I went on their web site, (of which they have no "north america" drivers) and they had 0 XP drivers...will the vista drivers work fine or what should I do?

There's the Europe drivers. There are no XP drivers...weird huh?

With no drivers being found for that model it highly unlikely that you will be able to find XP drivers for all the hardware. You should have found out what hardware you had and tried to find XP drivers before you downgraded, or at least bought a separate hard drive to try to get XP installed.
