Are these good cpu tempatures?

I recently built my most prized possession. my sandy bridge rig. i installed a cooler master hyper 212+ aftermarket cpu cooler. my cpu's temp is 35 Celsius while idling and 55 Celsius under prime95 torture test. are these good numbers? EDIT: btw the cpu is at defualt setting. which is 3.4GHz

They seem pretty good. Under 40°C is a safe temp and the 55°C under load is not bad either.
