Are these parts ok for my motherboard?

Am3 is an old socket. AM3+ will support all AM3 cpus and the new Zambezi processors that are to be released soon, should you want to upgrade later.
as for the PSU and case, Cooler Master is not a reliable brand of PSU. as for the case, it probably doesnt have many cable management options at all.

both of them look like they have good cable management (thats a good thing). though I have never dealt with that brand.
If you can spare teh extra, go for a HAF912.

Should I get that motherboard?
Personly I thought it is good for the money. And for the good reviews though out the Internet.

also look for atx, not matx, just have a few extra features and only other diff is the size, the second he linked is matx, but matx will do just as well for what you want i guess. also since i can tell you want to save money you might want to look at a cx430 instead of the cx500, still plenty of power for that, and if you want to game then a better gpu and lower cpu might be better, otherwise a gpu is unneeded as the onboard gpu's are plenty to do just about anything but gaming

Specs

the 5670 is faster, but same specs as an OCd 5570.

Ok I have put some parts together and I want to know what you think. And if I should change some or a slight incombailtity with size power or if they work ok. You can change them but keep in mind this is a low budget gaming pc.
