(jk thats pretty good, but you generally dont see temps like that, meaning that the heatsink was almost definetely not seated properly, and when you changed the thermal grease, you put it back in well)
Before, the heatsink probably wasn't seated correctly, so if you had seated it right, it would have lowered the temps. However, the switch to AS5 is always worth the money.
