Other than ATi Tool and ATi Tray Tools, is there any program that detects if I get artifacts?

that would be an empressive eye to pick up on the little ones
but then if you cant see them why bother!I dont know of any other freeware tools, whats wrong with ATI tools ?

Is ATi Tool (or Tray Tool) really that through? I've been play Oblivion lately on default high settings and I have occasionally been seeing what I think are artifacts and I was wondering if I really was artifact free like ATi Tray Tool has been telling me..... (no Artifacts detected for two minutes on the scan......)

3dmark05 and 06 should stress it enough to give it artifacts.
