ask about Trojan?

ok so i have spyware doctor(full version, latest updates), the best against spyware trojans worms and all that stuff, but will it pick up all trojans and spyware? or just some?
 
It will pick up billions of different worms, viruses, and malware codes, but no AV can pick up everything nasty because new ones are being created every day. Although most also update themselves daily (The antivirus)
As long as you are reasonably careful, you should be fine
