I recently bought this motherboard and a cheap celeron D to cover for my fried Pentium 4 untill my birthday when i get my Pentium d. The motherboard was only £37 but it great at everything. It has 4 DDR-400 ram slots, 6 usb 2.0 ports, agp x8, sata and 5 pci slots. For £37 i really cant complain and it has everything that will make a decent pc.
So my 6 month build is
ASRock 775V88+
Intel Celeron D 2.66GHz
1gb DDR-400 (2x 256mb 1x 512mb)
ATI Radeon 7500 64mb
Jeantech 350w PSU
Jeantech lightfusion case

For that price, you cant complain, yes. But just dont expect too much from that board :)

I had an ASRock P4V88 socket 478 motherboard in the past, and sure it has some nice features, but it was a poor quality board. In fact, the board was so poor that when i compared the P4 3ghz on the ASRock board to a Sempron 2800+ on an MSi K8T Neo-V, the sempron looked extremely better, even though its not.

So its a good budget board, but as Praetor said, dont expect too much from it.
