Im wondering if the only difference between these two motherboards is that one has built in wi-fi. If so I have a wireless card and feel like I don't need to dorp the extra 30 bucks. Does anyone have any expreience with ASRock mobo's? I usually use asus but this looks like a pretty good mobo.

I dunno how the asrock motherboards are now but i have a 5yr old machine with an asrock motherboard with a via chipset that was a POS especially for gaming. But at that time i dunno if they still are, they were considered budget and cheap motherboards. If your gaming and such you should go with the more known brands like gigabyte, asus etc.

well the reason i wanted that motherboard was because I was going to pick up DDR2 1066 RAM and later want to upgrade to DDR3 1600. Any good Gigabyte, eVGA, or ASUS motherboard do this.
