ASrock motherboard upgrade and cpu upgrade

Okay, I am finnaly getting the stuff.Here is the motherboard I plan on getting: asrock.com/mb/overview.asp?Model=970DE3/U3S3 Here are my questions: 1.Could I sell my evga 650i motherboard, intel e4300, stock cooler, and 4 gb of ram for $120 (or more)?2.Should I really wait for vishera (however its spelled)and will it be on am3+?
 
You can probably easily sell what you've currently got for $120, you may even get close to $200 if you're lucky. Whether you should wait or not for the new CPUs depends on when you're going to be buying all this stuff.
 
In that case just spring for Bulldozer now unless you can wait a few months? Vishera isn't meant to be coming out until Q3'12.
