ASRock

It's basically windows sleep mode, but you have to keep your computer plugged in. Yes it is fast, but IMO, not worth it nor should it be a deciding factor in your motherboard purchase. :).

The 880G Extreme3 is a good board, most of the lower end asrock boards don't have the best MOFSETs and are not suited to overclocking heavily, or at all. Same goes for lower end boards with all manufacturers.

Those boards you linked are among the ones that use a cheap/inferior 4+1 phase design, ideally and recommended you want 8+2 or higher, which only the mid-high end boards have. MSI have been having issues with their boards frying themselves by just using phenom x6 cpu's and overclocking the x4's, as in the boards' mofsets catch fire or pop.

I'd stick with the extreme3 board, no lower than the 880g because all the ones under it use the 4+1 phase design. not saying that all 4+1 phase designs are bad, but a fair few of them are.
