Asus 96x5D problems

I just put this motherboard into my copmuter, and the RAM LED is lit. I have tried all 3 of my sticks in each slot one at a time, and RAM I know works. I am running OCZ PC3 12800 [email protected] 2g a stick for a total of 3 gigs

Eh? You have a total of 6GB's.

sorry yeah meant 6 not 3.

But anyways I am pretty sure my motherboard is shot. My graphics card works in another computer, but no display in my. The RAM LED is on, causing the computer not to boot up. I have reset CMOS and tried the "RAM OK" button. Contacted company he thinks it is shot also.
