I notice in the bios for this motherboard I have AI overclocking setting for 3,5,7,10 percent. since it says AI in the overclocking do that mean that the motherboard regulate if you in danger and automatically lower it if you about to fry something.

I trying to figure out if it safe to play around with this bio setting. I have 6 fans running in my case that came with the case + the cpu fan that came with the athlon fx-55 cpu I have.

yes although naturally youll have more control if you do things manually
