Asus EN7600GS advice

Hi,
I use to have an ati card but now I have the Asus geforce EN7600GS (Sli ready).
I also have nvidia 6100 and nforce 430 mcp integrayed graphics...

Had I an ati card I would download catalyst control centre and that would be it.

I'm having trouble figuring out what I need to download as drivers
and so far I havent been able to find a control panel fit for my asus
video card.

but what would be the equivalent of the ati catalyst control centre
for my asus card. Where is the program or software for it?

Can someone help find out what motherboard I have
-AM2 socket
-6100 nvidia nforce 430 mcp
-8chanel audio
-its not an asus and the computer its came in is
Acer AMD Sempron 3200+ 1.8ghz
