ASUS EPU Overclock

I like using asus epu but I have knoticed the way it overclocks it not to change the multi but overclock the bus speed to make the final clock speed faster. When doing this to get 3.0GHz my ram is now running at a higer speed and of course the bus speed is this all okay on stock cooling as im using cheap 800MHz ram..
 
Okay I have chosen to overclock using my bios but I cant just up the multiplier I have one other setting I do not understand PCIE Frequency that goes from auto to manual setting when I try to overclock the cpu. I dont have a clue what to do now im confused because I do not want to get it wrong but dont know its normal value!
