Asus G72GX-RBBX05 vs Toshiba X505-Q862

For games, the asus will perform faster. Also, i've never felt the need for a bigger screen. However, the asus hard drive is quite slow, granted with the price difference you could throw in the ssd I bought. The asus doesnt have bluetooth either. Also, imo the g72 was a downgrade from the g71 in looks so I prefer the toshiba's looks. I'm not sure on the exact difference between the 260 and 360 but if it's not that big I'd go with the toshiba.

Hmm well the difference is probably about 10 in game fps, which is alot. Im not too sure lol

Toshiba 862

I just bought the 862 only had it a few days. I am not a hardcore gamer only tried unreal tournement 3 it seems ok , I 've seen better on desktops tho. Internet works very good . 90 day trial at costco , well tell me if anyone can touch that plus 2 year warr. ( 3 ) if you use amxpres. Asus brand is a good one , daughter has 2 of them she has no problems YET ! I personaly think the latest is not always the best choice. A older quad core may be better performer than the i 5
 
well thanks, so I probably am going to go with the asus, but there's still time to change my mind to the Toshiba or any other laptop. Any1?
 
If you can get a 90 day money back trial, get the toshiba and see if it's enough. It looks cooler imo, has media buttons, a bigger screen, and faster hdd and cpu.
 
Well ik its a bit late, but I decided to can the Laptop and get better stuff for my main rig. Thanks for all you help though!
