Asus, Gigabyte or any other opinions?

Not sure as to which one I want to go with. I actually had a Gigabyte 965G -DS3 and it was DOA. So I'm not too excited about getting another Gigabyte but everyone seems to like them so I'm willing to try again. Here is basically what I have:
Intel e6420
G.Skill DDR2800
Seagate HDD
8800GTS
Antec 900

I just want to make the right choice this time on the mobo because with the Gigabyte I couldn't even post. Also, I was reading that that G.Skill mem that I have needs to run at 1.9v, but I was reading a post that some people had trouble getting the DS3 board to stay booted long enough to change the voltage. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks

No I will def not be SLiing, just doesn't seem worth it right now. I was actually looking at that D3Sr (p35). Budget no higher than $150.

I'd look at the Gigabyte D3 or the DS3, You may of had a bad experience with them, but they're great! I love my S3 board, it's amazing! :D

I actually think I might end up going with the P35-DS3R. What you think about that one? I like the fact that it is pretty future proof, and I do like the idea of staying with Gigabyte even though I had some issues before. Just unlucky I guess.

I was reading on the RAM support list at Gigabyte and apparently none of their boards support G.Skill ram. So guess that gets rid of the ds3r board which is the one that I wanted.
