ASUS M4A78 PLUS help with flash process

i do not have a floppy and my cd burner i...... not availible for a while, i heard you can get a program that does it automatically. would any1 know what that is?

I SOLVED IT

its called AsusUpdate, though i had to go online to get the bios, if any1s having troubles with changing cpu voltage this fixed it!

I just purchased the same board to go with a Phenom II X4 955 B.E. 3.2Ghz - all seems to work fine for me so far (except the second day I had it up and running the onboard gigabit LAN stopped working, and disappeared from my device manager - the was back up and running the second day????)... But for future reference, get yourself a good USB Flash Drive - you can keep BIOS updates on it and flash from there.
