Asustek have managed to make a triple graphics card version of the HD3850!

The card is reportedly 30cm long! And is codenamed Trinity.

I would love to see benchmarks on this card, to see what it actually can do and it only requires ONE PCI-E power connector. This sounds too good to be true, the fact is though......it is.

Only 10 have been made and their not going to be a retail product.:( Why couldn't they make like a triple 8800 Ultra, you would only need a whole Nuclear power station to power it.

The whole article from CustomPC is here:

Its the Mobility (laptop) version of the cpu tough. nevertheless, I find it quite nice. Way to go, not a 1Kw powersupply needed as with a 3-sli 8800ultra setup or so :D

It'd JUST fit in my case! :P

Awesome though! Now, all they need to do, is stick two 9800 GTX's together to have Quad GPU's in one card

i am sorry that this is WAY of topic but i dont know how to do a PM.
nffc10 i seen in your sig your AMD 6000+ is at 3.31GHz what voltage is it at?

It's at 1.45v, my motherboard won't let me go any higher.
I have the multiplier at 14x and the FSB at 236 or 237 i can't remember which.:o

If you need any more help, pm me:

yea, AND make a case that would actually be able to fit that card and a 2nd PSU =O

You never know, one day.

wow that would be awesome,Although unfurtunatly with gfx cards getting more power hungry it wont be long until some of cannot afford to run them.

electricity bills would be ALOT!
