ASUS Marine Cool motherboard series

I dont think tis the most practical design tough. look at the height of the northbridge cooler. (and its pretty close to the CPU aswell.
I aslo wonder why they put laptop ram slots on that motherboard.
 
Interesting decision by Asus. But like Archangel said, the board looks almost counter intuitive by crowding the CPU heatsink area (so you can't use a large heatsink), and putting wierd caps over all the motherboard heatsinks.
 
i don't think its going to be a production board, i've read elsewhere, that it was just a board that some people at asus put together
