Is there a way i can flash my BIOS with ASUS firmware rather then the Compaq Version of firmware. Its a Compaq desktop with a ASUS board in it.

Not likely nor should you attempt it or you may end up with an expensive door stop.
Stick with what's offered from Compaq.
You can possibly swap the Compaq motherboard for an off the shelf unit if it will actually fit the case.
Of course, you will run into driver issues (Windows may not boot), your Compaq restore disks may not work, and WinXP/Vista may want to be activated again.
