Asus P4S533 Update?

Hello, need to update my Asus P4S533 motherboard, but I have never flased the bios of a motherboard before. I already have AFLASH on a floppy and the latest bios for my board, but im not sure exactly how to do it. Can someone tell me how to go about this step by step. Thankyou
 
Will the new bios fix something that is currently not working right? IF you screw the update up the board won't boot and it will be no good. If it ain't broke, don't fix it!!!!
 
Well actually I need to update it because i had a second harddrive in with 200 gb for about 2 months, now all of a sudden its not reconizing all of the GB. It only reconizes up to 128 GB and erased all of my info. So inorder for it to reconize the rest of the storage space I need to update my bios but I can not seem to get it done.
 
Well if it once recognized the full amount and now it don't then its not the bios. Plus, i just looked at all the bios info for that board and none of the updated files says anything about being able to see the full amount of the drive. You must have some other issue.

I found out what the problem was. I spoke to a technician at asus and they said that the board I have can only support up to 150gb after its flashed
 
Cool, that's still only BIOS support, you're gonna need to deal with Windows support afterwards :)
