Just bought the P5K-SE the other day. Not sure if it's the same as yours. If it is, then it's a stable board. However....
I cannot get my Intel C2D E6400 to go above 2.4 ghz no matter what I do. This board will not OC it any higher, but I couldnt OC the same processor any higher than 2.4 on my last motherboard either, so I am wondering if my CPU has an issue. I'm still trying to resolver that.
My other issue. There is only one Vista driver for the onboard sound. If that driver is installed, my speakers squeal, and dont stop. I had to get a sound card so that I could listen to music or watch videos, play games etc without the squeal. Of course, maybe my motherboard's sound is shot or something. I wanted a sound card anyway so it doesn't bother me.
Those are my two bad experiences with it. But it's a stable board, supports up to 1333mhz fsb and 1066mhz ram. Pretty good.
