Asus p5n-E Audio Channels?

Im planning on upgrading my system to a Core 2 duo 6600 and a 8800gts video card. However, I need a new Mobo. Ive looked around, and I found the Asus p5n-E SLI. It looked pretty good, but what I wasnt sure was that it only has 6 channels of audio. Is this a problem? Isnt the standard 8? Does the sound quality go down because of that?

Are there any other motherboards that is around the same price range (100-$150) that is the same or better? What is the significance of having 1333Mhz FSB, rather than 1066MHz? It doesnt have to have SLI, I just thought having the option is nice. I also need the standard memory to be 800, since I have that kind of Ram already.

*Im a mediocre gamer, and I video edit alot (including animating, and I might get into 3D graphics)

Thanks to anyone that helps out.

Gigabyte Ds3 similar price and supoosed to be very good. Also if you find the rev 3.3 version then its 1333mhz

Unless you have an 8 channel audio system having 6 channels will not be a problem. As for mobo suggestions you can take a look at MOBO 101.
