which one is the best mobo out of these 2 and also is their a huge difference.

There isn't a huge difference but overall ASUS P5QL PRO is better then EPU. Thez both are compatible of the same processors; Intel Core 2 Extreme/Core 2 Quad/Core 2 Duo/Pentium dual-core/Celeron dual-core/Celeron Processors, although P5QL PRO is compatible with Intel 05B/05A/06 processors and it supports Intel 45nm Multi-Core CPU . Both of these motherboards have the same chipset: Intel P43 / ICH10. However, P5QL PRO has Intel Fast Memory Access Technology . Supporting maximum of 16GB of RAM, DDR2 at 667 / 800 / 1066MHz with Dual Channel memory architecture. Both of these motherboards have the same amount if PCI slots, moreover P5QL PRO have a PCI-E slot at standard speed of 2.0 at x16. Everything else, including PCI-E (amount: 1) and PCI (amount 3) is the same. Both motherboards have the same amount of SATA and 12 USB slots. SATA comes up to 6. Integrated audio card in P5QL PRO is much better, HD audio sound card than in P5QL EDU. ASUS P5QL PRO has more than twice the amount of features then P5QL EDU.
