Asus P7P55-M not accepting MSI-HD5750?!

my new build is giving me grief!
this is the build in specs

Intel Core i5 760 2.80GHz
Asus P7P55-M P55 Express Chipset DDR3 microATX
Corsair XMS3 4GB (2x2GB) DDR3 PC3-12800C9 1600MHz Dual Channel Kit
Antec High Current Gamer 520W Power Supply
MSI ATI Radeon HD 5750 1024MB GDDR5 PCI-Express Graphics Card
Samsung SpinPoint F3 1TB SATA-II 32MB Cache
LG GH22LS50 22x DVD±RW SATA ReWriter Lightscribe Drive
Casecom 6788 Black Mid Tower Case
Arctic Cooling Freezer 7 Pro Rev 2 CPU Cooler

when i open the EPU-4-Engine it doesn't recognise the card and comes up with this



And then i go into the Catalyst Control Center whilst i am rendering a 720p Animation in After Effects and this is the Clock Value




I've installed all the relevant drivers and i tried installing the ASUS SMart Doctor as requested by the Catalyst Control Center but it doesn't start up because apparently there is no VGA Card Detected.

BTW my current monitor is being run off the Hd5750

SO....What do you kind people think i should do????

Those are idle clocks. The cards clock down when not under intensive load to reduce heat/noise/power usage.

don't use 3rd party drive stuff. Go to www.amd.com or www.nvidia.com or w/e and find drivers there. always up to date.

For real-time clock values, try something like MSI Afterburner.

Problem is thats when i was rendering so it can't be true?
otherwise i wasn't using the gpu to render?
im confused
