I bought this motherboard as i read good reviews, But was shocked when i realized it has no output for a monitor. I guess this is because you are supposed to add a video or graphics card?

Whats the cheapest sollution to this? What do i need?

Motherboards without integrated video are usually higher end boards where the user usually wants to put a video card in anyway.

You just need a video card. Any PCI-e X16 video card will work.

What are you trying to do with the computer (and how much do you want to spend)? Cause that's not even really a mid-range card.
