Asus RMA Question

I sent my Motherboard back to Asus within the last few weeks and it arrived there on May 22. It is now June 1st. How long does it usually take to even receive a reply from Asus about the status of my motherboard?
 
Depending on where you live I guess it could be different. But for me Asus is on the slow side. Most of the time after they received it, it took a couple of weeks to get word on what was going to happen, if it was fixed/ you get a refurbished board/ or a new one. Bug the crap out of them.

Ya I live in texas
 
It's usually 10 business days after they receive the defective part that you get something shipped back to you.

Nope. Only time you get an email is [sometimes] when they get it to say they got it, and when they ship it back to you. It's actually very poor. I RMA'd my old 4870 three times and never got any real answer as to if it was actually defective or not. First time I know it was because it just plain didn't work, but did after I RMA'd it.
