Asus ROG Maximus VIII Hero Alpha vs ROG Maximus VIII Formula

What are the differences between the ROG Maximus Hero Alpha and the Formula. I tried to compare on Asus' website, and nothing came up under the Hero Alpha.
 
Formula has more Sata 6g ports, more usb 3, a few other minor things, the sabretooth-like dust/protective covering, ports for watercooling setups built in.

Other than that, they are the same essentially.

Formula more for water-cool setup..basically it.
