asus s96j

i am deciding whether to buy the asus s96j or not. it seems like it's a really good deal (only $599 barebone, with every thing around $1150?) does anyone know if this is good for gaming or not?
 
Yes, it's very good for gaming. The S96J comes equiped with an ATI x1600 (256mb VRAM), SATA connections and a 15.4" WXGA screen. Some may want a higher resolution when gaming- but of course, it's all about preference. Excellent battery life, too. :D
 
what configuration do you recommend for about 1150 (lower the better, of course) i already have a notebook card
