asus u56e battery problem

so ive been having problems with battery shutting off at 50 percent lately, today when i get on it it shows a red x on the battery but still shows its charging and says to consider replacing the battery. the computer is maybe two years old but i do have to use it alot with school. is there anything i can do to fix it? and if not where is a good place to get a replacement

kinda what i figured thanks, dang that sucks 2 hours run time from it? i got way more with the stock one and the stock one is a bigger battery too. 5200mAh 74Wh
