Newegg: $189 -$20 rebate = $169 shipped.

I want to make sure I'm not making a bad decision before I blow $200.

Please recommend another monitor of similar price if you beleive it would be superior.

Id just go to bestbuy and get there 2ms Westinghouse 22" $209 in store. Its a nice monitor.
