asus-x54c vs acer-5349

hello,
i cant decide, which laptop is better for internet and some gaming(not newest games). nfs,mby gta 4 with lower graphic mods,wow lich king, gta sa,counter strike source...

acer:
cpu: intel celeron b815 1.6ghz(dual core)
ram: 3gb
video: intel hd graphics

asus:
cpu intel celeron b815 1.6ghz(dual core)
ram: 2gb (1333mhz)
video: intel hd graphics 3000

I know, these are very low laptops.
So, asus has better video card, but less ram.. integrated graphic card will eat a lot of ram
Mby 2gb ram on asus wont be enough?

Which laptop would be better for some games & internet?

Both are identical besides the amount of RAM. The graphics are built in to the CPU. Honestly I think it's a typo for that Asus because that cheap has very basic Intel HD Graphics.

Honestly, I'd save up and at least get an i3 if you plan on doing any type of gaming. If you could at least get the HD 3000 graphics, it's actually not that bad and you can sometime find some pretty good deals on i3 based machines. Plus 2GB is only just adequate for Windows 7; I'd suggest going with at least 4GB...

Get the Asus, see way to many complaints about acer on here as far as there quality is concerned.

specs:
cpu: amd e450 1.6ghz, 1mb
ram: 2gb 1066mhz
video: ati 6470m 1gb (discrete)
lower procesor, but video card is good for me
