Asus Z8NA-D6C Motherboards

Bought Asus Z8NA-D6C Dual Xeon motherboard and is now having problem to get it work. The board just don't boot. Any idea from anyone? Please advise.

Check and make sure you have a BIOS update. There may be a problem with that particle mobo taking your memory. If not, you may have a busted board. That board has had past issues.

You got all the standoffs under the board in all the right places? Got the 8 in CPU power connector plugged in? Got the case power switch/reset on so on, on the right pins?
