Is there a difference between the Z97-pro gamer and a Z97 Pro (with onboard WIFI)?

I need to replace my motherboard and there are no prices on PCpartpicker.com for some reason. I want to buy the same one so I don't have to reformat everything
 
Only differences are the Pro Gamer has some better audio features and asthetics.

The Pro Gamer also has 4 USB 3.0 ports. The Pro standard has 2 3.0 and 2 2.0 ports I believe.
