ATA Raid 1200A with Maxtor 250GB Ultra Series

3.2 Ghz HT Intel
1024 MB RAM DDR 400
Windows XP Professional

When I install try to install drivers for the ATA Raid 1200A, the following screen appears:

I suspect it is not installed and when i reboot, it says "No Controller Found."

I can see my MAXTOR 250GB before Windows starts in DOS.
