Atctic Cooling Freezer 64 Pro

I finally decided to get me an after market HSF. So the Arctic freezer was the first one that popped in my head but I got a couple of questions.

1. How wide is it with the fan on the heatsink from what a see it would be 211mm around 8in:eek: that can't be right.

2. Is it possible to put a different 92mm fan on it

The xigmatek I have used many times and know what it can do. I have only used the arctic freezer once and it was like a year ago and I don't remember much about it. I'm just looking for somethinkg around $25-$35 maybe a little more I don't really won't to go higher then that as I won't be OCing at all. I'm just trying to get better load temps then 55C. So which one should I go for or do you have any suggestions. Also I don't have a lot of room in my case so the smaller the better.

were are you seeing the 211mm? I see the 92mm fan and the heatsink assembly looks like it sticks out maybe 50% beyond that so somewhere around 140mm looks like.

I think I was adding the depth of the fan with the depth of the heatsink which came to 211mm but I don't think I am measuring right. 140mm is about 5.5" which would probably work if I move my RAM to the other Slots.
 
I just ordered myne (Freezer 64 Pro) yesterday and didnt check if it would fit but I cant see why not. I decided to go with this cooler because its cheap and the stock amd cooler is so noisy when im playing games/trying to watch movies. Why would you want to change the fan anyway the 92mm sould be okay.

Why would I want to change the fan. Lets see there are a couple things. I could get a better fan. One with red LED's to match the rest of my case. I could get one that wasn't as wide so I would have more room. All that doesn't matter now because I'm not getting it. I'm going to go with the other one because I know it will fit my motherboard and not cover my RAM slots.
