the name means nothing. but marketing people know people will insist on trying to associate a "ghz" number with it.the 3800 in the name wud suggest that its speed is 3.8ghz but its only 2 ghz.

thats because its not the case (well anymore). one could argue the three-digit naming convention for Intel chips to be stupid as welli never knew that. thought it was just stupid labelling on AMD's part
only easy to oc if you have good memoryalso AMD's are much easier to overclock so u cud probably get it better that 3.8 ghz Pentium
