Athlon x4 620 overclocking

I have managed to get it to 3.4 (stable), which is enought. This is my first AMD, how can I improve this overclock?

This is what ive got so far:

CPU Clock Ratio x13
CPU Northbridge Freq 2096Mhz
HT Link Freq 2096Mhz
CPU Freq 262
Memory clock x2.66 689Mhz ( I will tighten up timings, when i find them)

I couldn't even get past 3.38Ghz stable, which is as you stated, enough. For me included. I couldn't go any further because my temps on full load were about 70C, so I'm just leaving it like that until I get better cooling.

I have a scythe ninja 2 on it, max temp is 43c, after 20 mins of prime large FFT.

CPU northbridge freq is now 2358Mhz.

the voltage is at 1.4v. I dont want to OC the cpu anymore, maybe just up Northbridge Freq or the HT Link Freq. I thought OCin a AMD was going to be completely different, but ive done what i would do if it were an intel.

I have mine at 1.45v, not pushing it anymore and still can't get it stable at 3.4

Phenom II's can take some voltage. If your temps are only 43c I'd push it a lot further. You can atleast run up to 1.55 Vcore. Above that, you may run some slight risk but I've run 1.625 with no issues.

i know i could push it a bit more, but is pc is on every day for hours and i dont want to shorten its life span.

Don't worry about life span, unless your doing a huge/over the top over clock you should be fine, the cpu's power will be outdated before it dies.

4.0, 4.0!!! lol

If that is all you got on the cpu overclock then you can overclock the NB up it will help impove speed.. not sure what board you have but NB VID voltage bumped .250 .275 you should be able to get 2600mhz on it.. maybe even 2800mhz but you need a good heatsink on your NB... The ht link I would just keep it right where it is... if you run a cpu score now then you will see a difference when increasing the NB frequency.... bump it slowly 2200 2400 keep it stable with voltage..
