Athlon64 PSU question...

This is a general question, I appreciate any assistance. :D

I am currently running on an AthlonXP 1700+ system. It has a 300W PSU, 1 DVD Burner, 1 CD Burner, Floppy Drive, 768MB PC3200 Ram, 2 HDD (7200RPM 120GB and 40GB), and an Nvidia 5700 Ultra.

I was looking to upgrade the MB and CPU to a Althon64 (Socket 754).

Will my 300W PSU, be able to handle this type of power consumption? :confused:
