will an antec 380w power supply be ok to use with a single 3870XT 512mb card? also will the 3870XT, a AMD Athlon X2 4200 and 2gb of 800mhz ram be able to handle COD4 and crysis, im only looking to play these on 1024 x 768 and medium settings

8800GS which cost just $110 after MIR can play games at much higher setting.

If you are not planning to play at Max at high resolution, then save your money and get 8800GS

Not recommend. Get a more powerful PSU
