ATI 4830 question.

I have a couple questions about the 4830.
First, how much better is it than the 3870, and is the extra $20 worth it.

If not, what supply will.
And thirdly, will the 4830 fit in this case: http://www.amazon.com/Presario-SR2010NX-Desktop-Sempron-Processor/dp/B000IMSOS0
Sorry if that is a bad representation of my current computer. I have upgraded much with it, but i am working on building a new computer, and i need the graphics to work with my old computer while i work up the money to fund my new motherboard and case. Thanks.

The card should just fit, the power supply is enough. Are you planning to put it in your off-the shelf PC? Then the power supply may be a problem. You would need to redo everything and replace it, not sure if it would fit though.

I'm planning on putting the power supply in the computer i linked until i can get my new case. Why would that be a problem, i've already upgraded the PSU once in it, and everything worked fine, will it not fit?
