ati 5000 or ati 4000

Thats a really general question. Which card in the 5000 series and 4000 series? If you compare flagship models in the two series the 5000 series will (of course) come ontop.
 
I would go for one of the 5000-series cards because of DX11 and because it just happens to be newer. They seem to be pretty difficult to grab a hold of, but if you can wait, that shouldn't be a problem.
 
What is your price range? If you're in the $140-$180 range, it's a hard choice--the 4890 is definitely has better performance than the 5770, but it's all relative.
 
it really depends on what you want and how long until you upgrade again. for a rather low budget looking for performance, go with the hd 4890. it has dx10 but it will perform better than a same price 5000 series card liekt he 5770. but, if you want to sacrifice performance in order to be able to play games that use dx11 (in the future), then go with the 5770. if you have a bigger budget, then go with a higher 5000 series card. what is you price range? what are you needs? when will you upgrade again?
 
my price range about $140-$180 and need to play games :) ..n upgrade maybe in 4 @ 5 years later..the 5000 series is more expensive...but compare to 4890 and 4870x2,4870x2 is better,am i right?is it the different of bit important to vga?
