My computer keeps randomly freezing, then the screen turns black, then turns off then turns back on, this process usually takes around 20-40 seconds but occasionally when it recovers, the screen becomes all really glitchy with random coloured pixel blots all over the place, this is far too distracting and stuttery to be useable so i end up having to restart my pc. 
My PC also randomly Blue screens occassionally too, this is also annoying when i am trying to play video games or watch movies.
I occasionally have two screens plugged into my pc, but that isnt the issue, as it still glitches/restarts when i only have one plugged in :\
