ati and nvidia programs

Okay, my old computer had an nvidia videocard where as my new one has an ati.

The nvidia had a sweet program that you could download, and change all types of things with (resolution, etc, etc). Ati has this aswell, but with nvidia, I could right click on a program in the taskbar, and select "nvidia options" In the drop menu, I could select a few things, such as send to monitor 1/2, always on top, etc etc.

Is there any way for teh ati program to do this?

yeah it does, well it did at one time, not sure if its still around. somethig like proflies. it gives you the option resolutions and the like. sry if this is not much help
