ATi and Open GL

I'm sure you all know ATI Sucks at open Gl and condition zero runs on open gl...

when i play cs conditsion zero on my 9800 256 mb vid card there is this random as lag like the corsair mateches up but the graphix on it just lags .. it happened on my bro's comp with has a 7500 ... i did not have this problem when i was using my fx 5200 n.e sollutions?

They dont "suck" at OpenGL ... they just arent as good as nVidia ... which is understandable ... NVidia's been putting a lot of work into OpenGL over the last few years. Comparatively, ATI's strengfth in DirectX is much more significant than their deficit in OpenGL

Doesnt seem to be the video card... what are the other specs
